Gregg Percich's
20 years of architectural experience includes single
and multi-family residential, large scale commercial/retail
projects, manufacturing facilities and tenant improvement
projects. He has worked closely with both governmental
agencies and owners to assure project compatibility
with zoning and building codes. Gregg has also worked
closely with the Port of Seattle in the relocation
of several tenants on Harbor Island. Gregg's approach
to problem solving and understanding of the design
process assures benefits to projects that involve
both the private and public sector.
