The Firm:PKJB Architectural Group, with offices in Seattle and Wenatchee, Washington, provides design services in ArchitectureMaster PlanningInterior DesignSpace PlanningBuilding RenovationStructural EngineeringPKJB Architectural Group, P.S., a professional partnership formed in the State of Washington in 1991 by Gregg Percich, Robert Kroese, and R. Terry Johnson. All are licensed architects with over a century of collective experience in the architectural field throughout the United States. In 2000, PKJB incorporated as an S Corporation. PKJB carries a $1 million Errors and Omissions policy with a General Liability policy of $2 million per occurrence with a $6 million aggregate.PKJB approaches each project as a team consisting of one of the partners, a project manager and the required staff to complete the project. The team remains intact throughout the project. The Partner and project manager attend meetings with the owners to develop the program and then the schematic design. At this time, the structural, mechanical and electrical engineers, as required, along with the contractor, when applicable, convene to develop the building systems and budget that are best suited for the overall scope of the project.

Gregg Percich, Principal
Gregg Percich's over 25 years of architectural experience includes data centers and multi-family residential, large scale commercial/retail projects, manufacturing facilities and tenant improvement projects. He has worked closely with both governmental agencies and owners to assure project compatibility with zoning and building codes. Gregg has also worked closely with the Port of Seattle in the relocation of several tenants on Harbor Island. Gregg's approach to problem solving and understanding of the design process assures benefits to projects that involve both the private and public sector.

Robert Kroese Principal
Robert Kroese brings 28 years of architectural experience to PKJB Architectural Group. His architectural involvement with retail, commercial and industrial clients is ongoing and includes W.W. Grainger, Goodwill Industries, and GM Nameplate, Inc. In addition, his project experience includes professional offices, industrial and manufacturing facilities, interior designs and retail projects. Robert has gained expertise in building renovation and project development in critical and environmentally sensitive areas. He has designed projects to respond to such critical area problems as subsurface methane gas, potential slide zones, and liquefaction prone sites.

Terry Johnson, Principal
Terry Johnson brings 50 years of architectural experience to PKJB Architectural Group, including design and project management for projects in most segments of building and construction types. He has been responsible for public buildings, law enforcement facilities, performing arts centers, recreational projects, retail shopping centers, commercial buildings, office buildings, financial institutions, and educational projects for elementary through university levels. In addition, Terry has served as a commercial arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association for resolution of construction related disputes, and has volunteered with Habitat for Humanity.
